Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure the Fragile Goods
Carefully repackage your lamp using the original protective foam and double-boxing to ensure the delicate glass mosaics remain intact during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for damages, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
